Shipping and Returns


Your package can be delivered via one of these following carriers: 
  • FedExFedEx Ground®, arriving 3 to 7 business days after shipping from Talisman Creations.
  • FedExFedEx® Priority Overnight, arriving one business day after shipping from Talisman Creations (call for Saturday delivery)
  • FedEx 2Day®, arriving two business days after shipping from Talisman Creations

Shipping Policies:
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
For all products, if you place your order before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing after we have received authorization for your credit card. If you place an order on a holiday or Sunday, your order will begin processing the following business day so long as we have the approval on your credit card.


Rush Delivery Option:
In case your purchase is for a special surprise or occasion, we acknowledge the fact you need your purchase ASAP. That is why we offer a rush delivery option on all in-stock items. 


Alternate Shipping Address:
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Talisman Creations can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $500 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your convenience. Find the FedEx location nearest you.

Delivery Details:
Your order delivery method is determined based on the price of your order (before tax only in the Province of Ontario). We provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee on all items that are in stock. We will do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives on time. However, we cannot be responsible for weather conditions that occur in select cities. 

Shipping Options:
Talisman Creations will ship your order fully insured. If your order is being shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or 2Day delivery service:
  1. Delivery usually arrives in one or two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
  2. Talisman Creations will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
  3. Signature is required for all shipments, regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx.

If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 905 738 8285 locally for further details.

If your order is being shipped by FedEx Ground:
  1. Delivery occurs in three to seven business days after it is shipped from Talisman Creations.
  2. May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.


Shipments and Orders to the United States and Outside North America

All orders being shipped out of Canada are subject to shipping, duty and other applicable taxes. For these shipments, duties and all applicable taxes may be assessed on the contents of packages. Such charges will be billed automatically to the recipient. For more information on duties and taxes to all customers not residing in Canada please contact your local customs office. 

TALISMAN CREATIONS RETURN POLICY

Check the status of a returned order by logging in and checking your order status.

If for any reason you or your gift recipient aren't satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Follow the directions below on how to return or exchange your Talisman Creations purchase.

Repairs
To repair your Talisman Pendant send us your contact information.

Return Process
As soon as we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that any Pendants showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved and/or altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that do not have a return authorization code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for refund or exchange.

How To Prepare A Return (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization)
To return a Pendant, follow these three simple steps: 
1. Your Return Authorization Code. 
Call 905 738 8285 (local) or 1 800 667-5279 (toll-free) or go through our online return (RMA) Return Authorization Request process, and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code at the bottom of your original invoice and return this with your order. 

2. Package Your Return. 
Place all the original packaging in the box, packaging and/or gift packaging. For security reasons, do not write Talisman Creations anywhere on the outside of the box.

3. Insure Your Package. 
You can ship it via Canada Post Express Post. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
